Obtain access to index copy (INDEXCPY) in IFIS, if you don't already have it. |
- Ask your Departmental Security Administrator (DSA) to submit an access request form through AccessLink. Since there is no INDEXCPY button on the form, the DSA will need to specify the request in the comments section of the form, along with all index prefixes that you need access to.

Log onto the mainframe. |
- Enter your valid User ID and password.
- Select IFIS from the main menu.
- Press Enter.
|

- Select GA submenu (PF12).
- Select COA2MENU (PF11).
- Select INDEXCPY (PF21).
|
| 4 |
Retrieve the index. |
- Retrieve the index by entering it in the MASTER ACCT INDEX field.
- Press Enter.

|
