How to do it

Identify your message recipient(s).
Call the Voice Mail Message Center:
If you are on campus call
42000
or
48000
(if the first number doesn't work, try the second number).
If you are off campus call
(858) 534-2000
or
(858) 534-8000
.
Press
2
at the main menu to select
Send Voice Mail.
Identify recipients by extension:
Enter an
extension
and press
#
or enter
multiple extensions,
separated by
#
Press
#
to end the list.
Identify recipients by
group
:
Enter a
group number
and press
#
or list
multiple groups
separated by
#
Press
#
to end the list.

Record your message.
Begin recording your message after the beep.
Press
#
to end your recording.

Send your message.
Hang up
to send your message.
or
Choose one of the following options
:
Press
4
to specify urgent priority. Priority messages are played before other new messages.
Press
5
to re-record your message.
Press
7
to review your message.
Press
#
to send and return to the main menu.
Press
* (star)
to cancel and return to the main menu.
Note:
If you hang up after recording, your message will be sent.
