Log in to IFIS. |
- Enter your valid User ID and password.
- Select IFIS from the main menu.
- Press Enter.

Navigate to the GA WARNACCT screen. |
- Tab down to the NEXT SCREEN field and type GA WARNACCT or:
- Select GA submenu (PF12).
- Select COA2MENU (PF11).
- Select WARNACCT (PF23).

To add W codes, follow these steps. |
- Enter the index you want to associate a W code with.
- Press the tab key.
- Enter A in the ACT (AD) field.
- Enter the W account code(s) in the ACCOUNT CODE field.
- Press Enter.
Note: You can copy W codes from one index to another. Type the index you are copying codes to in the first REF ACCT INDEX field, and type the index you are copying codes from in the second REF ACCT INDEX field.

To delete W codes, follow these steps. |
- Enter the index you want to remove W codes from.
- Press the tab key.
- Enter D in the ACT (AD) field next to the account code(s) you want to remove.
- Press Enter.
