Voice Mail: Resetting Your Password  
 
Summary: If you've lost or forgotten your voice mail password, follow these directions to reset it.

Note: If you know your password and want to change it, visit Voice Mail: Setting Up or Changing Personal Options.

What to do How to do it
1 Notify Customer Service by fax or e-mail.
  1. Send a fax, on your departmental letterhead, to Customer Service at (858) 534-5200, or e-mail the ACT Help Desk.
  2. Include the following information in the fax or e-mail:
    • Your name and telephone number
    • The telephone number of the voice mailbox to be reset
    • An authorized signature
  3. Customer Service will contact you to confirm that your password has been reset to the default: UCSD (8273).
2 Choose another password, if you wish to.
