Type of package What to do

Empty gas cylinder or a customer-owned cylinder for refill Please see Compressed Gas Cylinders Overview.
Empty toner cartridge for recycling Please see How to Recycle Your Empty Toner Cartridge.
Package delivered to wrong location Contact a customer service representative, (858) 534-7467.
Return items ordered through STORE Contact a customer service representative, (858) 534-7467.
Return a package to an outside vendor If you are returning an order from an outside vendor:
  1. Contact the vendor directly and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Please see How to Complete a Shipping Memo.
