Get a network username and password
If your department has a system administrator who handles network services:
Contact your department system administrator or computer support staff to request a UCSD network username and password.
If your department doesn't have a system administrator who handles network services:
Visit the combined ACS/ ACT Help Desk, Room 1313 of the Applied Physics and Mathematics (AP&M) building (map), 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., weekdays.
Bring either your UCSD picture ID or your driver's license and a letter on UCSD letterhead confirming your position.

To change your password, complete this online form (you must know your username and password).
