Obtain an electronic fuel key.
Fleet Services issues electronic fuel keys to departments for UCSD vehicles requiring gas or diesel fuel.
Request an electronic fuel key in one of the following ways:
Call Fleet Services, (858) 822-0376, between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. weekdays.
E-mail Ben Oberlin.
Visit the Fleet Services office located on the east side of the Campus Services Complex across from the Central Garage (map).
A PIN number is assigned to electronic fuel keys.

Drive the UCSD vehicle to the fueling station.
Fuel pumps are located on the east side of the Campus Services Complex across from the Fleet Services office.
UCSD vehicles can be fueled 24/7 using electronic fuel keys.

Fuel the vehicle.
Insert the electronic fuel key into the automated terminal near the pumps.
