Decide which UPS international delivery service you want.
Choose from this list of available international services:
Worldwide Express, next-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to major metropolitan areas in Canada; two-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to major European business centers
Worldwide Expedited, two- to five-day delivery to major international centers

Consider your insurance needs.
If you want to insure your package, let UCSD Shipping send it. By completing a Shipping Memo, UCSD Risk Management covers your item through its transit insurance programs.
Note: Most items will be delivered to you within 24 hours.

Complete your address labels
Important: UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Complete your recipient address label in the following way:
Use all capital letters
Type or legibly write the address in English
Use no more than five lines including:
Addressee's name
Street address or P.O. box number
City or town, principal subdivision such as province, state, or county, and postal code. In some countries, the postal code may precede the city or town.

Contents (if documents weigh more than 16 ounces)
Attach your return address label to the top left corner.
Attach your recipient address label in the center.
If your item requires a customs form, attach the customs form to the bottom left corner.
