Select a report profile in MyFunds. |
- Go to MyFunds.
- Select a report profile from the drop-down list. Profiles are listed in alphabetical order.
Note: You will need Single Sign-On access or a user ID in order to access MyFunds reports.

View the summary report. |
- The first few columns contain the financial entities. These will vary depending on how the report profile was set up.
- The next column is the financial entity title (fund, index, project, or organization).
- The next four columns are
Allocation, Expense, Lien, and Balance.
- The next two columns, Projection and Proj. Bal., display only if projections or transactions were selected when the report profile was created.

View the financial entity drilldowns (optional). |
- Click on the financial entity to drill down to the financial entity report.

View the sub-account summary drilldowns (optional). |
- Click on any balance to drill down to the sub-account summary screen.
- Click on any balance in the sub-account summary screen to drill down to the sub-account detail screens.

View the payroll detail drilldowns (optional).

- Click on any payroll balance on the sub-account detail screen to drill down to the payroll detail screen.
- Click on any leave balance on the sub-account detail screen to drill down to the leave accrual screen.
Note: You will only be able to drill down to these screens if the financial manager who set up the report has access to employee data.

View the projection detail drilldowns (optional).

- Click on any projection balance on the sub-account detail screen to drill down to the projection detail screen.
