How to Become a Timekeeper  
 
Summary: Find out how to become a designated timekeeper for your department.
What needs to be done: How to do it:
1 If you don't already have one, get a business systems user ID.
  1. Follow the steps to getting a user ID.
2 Complete the training for online timekeeping.
  1. Receive approval from your department to take the online timekeeping class.
  2. Download the online timekeeping training materials (PDF).
  3. Take the online timekeeping class.
3 Submit the timekeeper delegation form.
  1. Fill out the timekeeper delegation form.
  2. Obtain proper signatures.
  3. Mail the form to George Gomez at Mail Code 0952.
4 Get access to the online timekeeping system.
  1. Ask your Department Security Administrator (DSA) to request online timekeeping access for you through AccessLinkTNG. If you don't know who your DSA is, use DSA search.
