How to do it

Retrieve a message.
If you see a light blinking next to your message waiting button:
Pick up the hand set.
Press the
message waiting
button.
Enter your
password
.
At the main menu, press
1
to retrieve your messages.
Voice mail will play back your new messages.
To skip the voice mail greeting
at the beginning of a messsage press
5
or
#
.
If you don't see a light blinking and want to retrieve saved messages:
Call
42000
or
48000.
Enter your
password.
At the main menu, press
1
to retrieve your saved messages.
Voice mail will play back your saved messages.
To skip the voice mail greeting
at the beginning of a messsage press

Note:
Automatic reminders will be played if you do not choose an option within a few seconds.

Access additional playback features.
Select a playback feature by pressing the corresponding key:

Repeat message.

Back up 10 seconds.

Increase volume.

Jump ahead 10 seconds.

Skip to next message.

Decrease volume.

Back up to start of message.

Jump to end of message.

Skip to next type of message.

Respond to a message.
Voice mail will ask you to select one or more response options.
In addition, you can choose any of the following response options:

Record and send a reply
to a message.

Delete
the message.
3
Save
the message. (Your message will be saved and accessible for 18 days; after that, voice mail automatically purges saved messages.
4
Replay
the message.
5
Forward
the message to another mailbox with your introductory comments included.

Stop
reviewing your messages and
return to the main menu.
