Nancy Mizrahi (not pictured), an administrative analyst in Business and Finanicial Services, suggested that the instant hand sanitizer used in patient rooms in hospitals be made available to UCSD food service personnel, and perhaps to UCSD staff in general, as a way to save water and reduce paper waste. Housing and Dining Services has instituted this on a test basis at one dining facility and is evaluating wider use. Nancy received a $75 Target gift certificate.
