To complete an Overdraft ~ Profile Detail Criteria page, you need to select the appropriate reporting presentation and balance filter.
Your reporting presentation options are:
- Index Level
- Project Level
- Fund Level 4
- Fund Level 5
- Fund Level 5/ Organization
- Fund Level 5/ Organization/ Program
Your balance filter options are:
- Overall (Revenue, Expenses, IDC, & Transfers)
- Expenditures (with IDC) & Transfers (No Revenue)
- Expenditures (with IDC) (No Revenue & No Transfers)
You should select a reporting presentation and balance filter based on the information entered in the selection scope section of the profile.
If the profile’s selection scope criteria includes fund, organization, program, or any combination these elements, the recommended settings depend on the fund type:
