Imprints Copier Rates

Summary: Find out about Imprints' pricing structure for all copiers placed in UCSD Departments.

Key features of Imprints' pricing structure:

Imprints copiers have low cost-per-copy rates. Rates vary depending on copier model and configuration.

  • A low base-copy rate for both analog and digital copiers applies up to the minimum monthly volume.
  • A lower "overage rate" may apply once the minimum volume has been exceeded, further reducing the average cost per copy.

How to increase efficiency and reduce costs on all copier types:

  • Analog copiers: The per-copy prices on these machines are the lowest available. Keeping your analog copier card could save substantial costs for your department. Choose from a limited range of dependable, cost-effective copier systems that produce 40–60 copies per minute.
  • Digital copiers: Digital copiers are the most modern type. They can either stand alone or become part of a centralized, efficient network. Combining your copying and printing can greatly reduce the costs per copy.
  • Card readers: Card readers track usage by multiple users and index numbers on the same copier. Imprints can install an efficient, easy-to-use card terminal on most copy machines.
