Copying and printing
Imprints copy centers provide personal printing services for UCSD faculty, staff, and students. All Imprints locations have fax services and full-serve black-and-white and color copying. And you can scan, edit, print, or burn a CD of your images at self-serve kiosks.

Lactation accommodations
Recognizing the benefits of breastfeeding and in compliance with state law, UCSD provides employees who are nursing mothers with a private space to express milk.

Passport applications/ photos
Students, staff, faculty, and community members who are U.S. citizens can apply for U.S. passport books and cards at UCSD's Passport Acceptance Office.
Phone locations
- The UCSD Police Department provides call boxes in many UCSD parking lots and structures. Use them if you need Police Department assistance or a safety escort.
- Free courtesy phones located in or near buildings provide access to the campus police and campus extensions.
- UCSD pay phones are used less than in previous years, due to the widespread availability of cell phones. See the locations of UCSD pay phones.
