The Academic Personnel data queries allow you to retrieve academic review and appointment information, including next review date, review history, and sabbatical credits. Other queries will be added as needed.
There are three Academic Personnel queries:
- Next Review Due: This query generates a list of academic employees who are expected to be due for review in a specified year. It can also give a specific employee's next expected review date.
Note: Query data will change as academic review files are processed.
- History: This query generates appointment and review histories dating back to approximately 1995. It includes information such as deferred start dates, regularizations, and transitions due to title and scale changes. You can also use this query to generate a list of employees who currently hold a specific academic title in your department.(s).
Note: The salary history does not reflect each year's range-adjusted increases. Query data will change as academic review files are processed.
- Sabbatical Credit Accrual: This query provides sabbatical credits earned by current academic employees as of the end of their last sabbatical. The data is summarized as the number of credits available and the date through which the credits were calculated.
