How to contact the Help Desk
Note: Before you contact the Help Desk, refer to the information below.
- Immediate response to phone inquiries is available at (858) 534-1853 weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Visit the combined ACMS/ ACT Help Desk weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Applied Physics & Mathematics building (AP&M), Room 1313 (map).
- After business hours, call (858) 534-3187 to leave a voice mail inquiry, which will be answered in 1 to 2 business days.
- If you submit an e-mail request, you can expect a response within 1 to 2 business days.
- In after-hour emergencies, call (858) 534-1853 to reach the Operations Center at Torrey Pines Center South, and appropriate technical staff will be contacted.
