Proposal and Award Queries  
 
Summary: Proposal and aware queries give authorized staff a dynamic and flexible way to view award data. You can also access proposal and award queries with the Queries button in FinancialLink.

Note: You must have a valid ACT User ID to access FinancialLink. If you don't have access to FinancialLink, follow the directions on How to Get a User ID (Business Systems).

Click access in each description to see what rights you need for particular results.

Query name and link Description Link to query features and history
Award Data For Departments - Detail Shows award information by department, fund, index and organization. (more info) (access) March 2004
Award Data For Departments - Summary Shows high-level summary information pertaining to the entire award. (more info) (access) March 2004
New Awards For Departments
Easy Query		 Shows a list of new awards. June 2005
Proposal Data for Departments Shows information on proposals submitted to sponsoring agencies. (more info) May 2005
Proposal Log Data for Departments Shows the roster of all UCSD proposal numbers. (more info) May 2005
Proposals For Departments
