How custom coverage works: When you reach your travel destination, simply enter a code sequence into your phone for pager access to 36 coverage zones nationwide. When you return from your trip, enter another code to change the coverage back to your home area.

Using custom coverage: Instructions and area codes are available on the Verizon Web site.

Ordering custom coverage: Request this feature on the Customer Service Request (CSR) when you order a new pager. If you already have a pager, order this feature with a CSR and include the cell phone number.
