Effective the end of April 2009, Ledger Annotator will no longer be available. The new Ledger Reviewer will replace it.

The new Ledger Reviewer has all the functionality of Ledger Annotator, and these significant enhancements:

• Ability to assign problem codes to financial transactions
• Improved sustainability and usability (by retooling "view options" and allowing for clearer data presentation)
• Clearer presentation of data choices for different methods of reconciliation
• More choices of presentation methods for transaction information

If you use Ledger Annotator to access the ENPET system, you will now be required to switch to the new Ledger Reviewer by late April 2009.

Additional enhancements and changes to the new Ledger Reviewer include:

• Converting to Java:

  • Improved data integrity/ no data corruption
  • Support for larger number of users and data sets
  • Improved response time

• Ledger Reviewer search screen:

  • Find IFOP functionality appears in a pop-up
  • Find Project functionality appears in a pop-up
  • "Save to disk" functionality exists in the results page
  • Simplified data "view options"
  • Added progress bar to alert you that system is "still thinking"
  • Added status area to display errors, warnings, status, etc.

• Ledger Reviewer results screen:
  • Added Paging (to navigate through pages of transactions)
  • Added Sorting to every column
  • Mouse-over functionality to show more information on various data fields
  • Ability to drill down on account code description during the reconciliation process
  • Sampled transactions appear as an indicator in a sortable column (instead of yellow highlighting)
  • ENPET items appear as an indicator in a sortable column (instead of red font)
