To ensure that departmental online journal vouchers appear in monthly ledgers, they must receive final approval no later than the end of the day on the first working Friday of the following month. See the table below for specific dates.
Batch recharges are generally due the second working day at 1 p.m. unless there is an early ledger cutoff day.
