Pay Cut/ Furlough Information
The furlough plan approved by the UC Regents on July 16 becomes effective Sept. 1, 2009. The plan is being enacted to help offset a portion of the $813 million reduction in support from the state general fund. Due to the complexities of the plan, it's important that academic and staff employees have the most up-to-date information to assist their work planning and use of personal leave.
