Imprints is responsible for:

• Providing paper, toner, and service as part of a per-copy cost
• Collecting log sheets each month
• Providing copier training
• Providing customer and technical support

Departments are responsible for:

• Reporting meter reading each month
• Loading paper
• Adding toner
• Ensuring that log sheet instructions are followed
• Ordering paper and supplies
• Clearing paper jams and handling minor operational problems with copiers and printers
• Assigning a key operator and informing Imprints help desk, (858) 534-2377, when personnel changes occur
• Informing the Imprints help desk, (858) 534-2377, of any index number changes, including early inactivation dates, using the Add/ Delete Index Numbers form (PDF).

Getting paper for your copier: Imprints provides letter- and legal-size paper in proportion to the number of copies made on your copier. The cost per copy includes the cost of paper. If you need more paper than your predetermined percentage, purchase additional paper from Marketplace.

Note: Beware of scams offering toner or other supplies. (See details on how to identify a scam.) If Imprints provides your copier service, supplies such as toner are included in your service agreement.
