Institutional Memberships

Summary: Institutional memberships benefit the entire UCSD campus, not just an individual person or department. Read the information below to learn more about institutional memberships.

Institutional memberships: Institutional memberships are initiated and maintained by the chancellor. Institutional memberships are usually in state, national, and international organizations.

Approval: The vice chancellor – Business Affairs must approve an institutional membership.

If you would like to request that UCSD become a member of an institutional organization, contact Robin Posner, who will review and coordinate the handling of your request.
