Summary: Employee Relations is committed to expanding communication and supporting the rights and responsibilities of all UCSD employees.

Services: Employee Relations maintains a neutral role in conflict management, representing UCSD's interest in achieving an acceptable resolution for all parties. If you are experiencing unresolved conflict in the workplace, contact Employee Relations for:
  • A confidential and neutral consultation that will assist you in analyzing the conflict and identifying possible solutions
  • Support in solving conflict through an informal conflict resolution process
  • Information about training programs and other resources that can help resolve conflict
  • Interpretation of policies and collective bargaining agreements
