- Central business systems, including Blink, Link Family, and MyServices, and mainframe services
- Campus telecommunications (in coordination with ACT Customer Support)
- Campus networks including campus wireless services
- Campus cable TV service, including cable data modems
- Centralized campus e-mail/ network username support for faculty and staff
- Campus VPN/ proxy/ dial-up support
- Campus security incidents (CIRT)
- Campus computer registration support through Ethernet or wireless for faculty and staff
- Campus computer/ network connectivity problems
For walk-in help with wireless, VPN, e-mail, Sophos and virus/ spyware removal, visit the combined ACMS/ ACT walk-up Help Desk, Room 1313 in the Applied Physics and Math building from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, excluding university holidays.
