Overdraft Help: Trend Report

Summary: Use the Overdraft Trend report to quickly view balance trends for the last 13 months, along with associated notes and codes. |

What is overdraft reporting all about? Go to the Overdraft Reporting Overview for more information.
You can access the Overdraft Trend report from the Overdraft Balance report or the Overdraft Preview page. The report consists of a graphic representation of balances for the most recent 13 months for the selected IFOAPAL, followed by a list of associated notes and codes.
Click a link for help on a particular part of this page:
Report Title
- Click the Back icon to return to the Overdraft Balance Report or Overdraft Preview page.
- Click the Print icon to send a copy of this report to your local printer.
- Click the Logout icon to log off the system. Any unsaved profile details will be lost.
- Click the Stop icon to halt the processing of the current report. Use this option in cases where the selection and reporting criteria result in an exceptionally large report and you want to stop the processing to further refine the criteria.
- Click the Close icon to close this window and return to your e-mail or the Overdraft Profile Detail Criteria page.
Graphs and Balances
This section displays the most recent 13 months' positive and negative balances in a bar graph. Next to the graph, you will see a list of the monthly balances.
Notes
Following the graph, you will see a list of all notes associated with this IFOAPAL. Notes listed here may have been created for other FinancialLink reports, and may not apply to the overdraft balance condition.
Codes
The last section on this page consists of a list of overdraft codes that were checked as applicable to this IFOAPAL.
