Open the e-mail notification. |
- To view the report, click the link(s) located at the bottom of the e-mail. You will go to FinancialLink where you must log in to view the report.
- If you need to change the profile, click the Overdraft Profile Reference link.
Note: Changing the profile will not change the existing report. Any changes made to the profile will be reflected in the next reporting cycle.
You must have a valid User ID and group identifier to access the Overdraft Reporting Profiler. If you don't have a User ID or group identifier, contact your departmental security administrator (DSA) for assistance.

Review the report. |
- The report displays only those overdrafts matching your selection criteria. For more information about the report, see
Overdraft Help: Preview and Balance Report.
Get detail information:

Trend Report: Click the numeral in the Trend Report column to view trends, notes, and codes for this overdraft line item. See Overdraft Help: Trend Report for more information.
- Fund Summary: Click the fund number in the Fund column to view the FinancialLink Fund Summary report.
- Balance Detail Report: Click the fund name in the Fund Title column to view the Overdraft Balance Detail report. See Overdraft Help: Balance Detail Report for more information.

Use the Notes and Codes to identify actions taken to resolve the overdraft balance.

- Click Note, and the FinancialLink notes system will pop up in a new window. Enter your comments related to the overdraft balance.

- Click Code to select any codes that apply to this overdraft.
