The annual Toy Piano Festival, on Friday, Sept. 5, at noon at Geisel Library, features performances of works from John Cage to Dr. Seuss and a collection of the instruments.

The team that walks together ...
The Walk UCSD program is a great way to stay fit and get outside with friends and colleagues. The teams competition starts Oct. 1, so get your group together. It's a good way to get ready for walk-friendly events like Heart Walk (Sept. 20), AIDS Walk (Sept. 28), and the Chancellor's Challenge 5K Run/Walk (Oct. 17).

Ready for the Challenge?
Online registration opens Monday, Sept. 1, for the 2008 Chancellor's Challenge 5K Run/Walk for Scholars. The 13th annual event will be held Friday, Oct. 17, at North Campus Field near RIMAC.
