WebCT is a Web course tool and online course management system you can use to complement a classroom-based course.

Use WebCT to:

• Provide course materials that include text, complex equations, images, video, and audio
• Evaluate students with assignments and quizzes that can be automatically graded
• Communicate with students via discussions, e-mail, chat rooms, and question and answer sessions
• Easily manage group projects and discussions by enabling the creation of student home pages and online presentations
• Record, maintain, and communicate grades
• Offer student self-evaluations through self tests and progress tracking
• Inform students of dates for certain topic discussions, quizzes, tests, and assignments due
