Displaying Your Name on LCD Phone Screens  
 
Summary: This feature identifies you or your department on a digital phone LCD (liquid crystal display) screen when you make calls to campus phones.
What to do How to do it
1 Check to see if this is a possible option.
  1. Read about your phone model to see if it supports the feature. If your phone is shown as a digital model, you can add the display.
  2. Find out what the cost will be.
2 Consider what you want to appear on the screen.
  1. Decide if you want your name or your department's name to appear.
Note: You can use a maximum of 20 characters, including punctuation, dashes, and spaces.

3 Submit a request to Telecom.
  1. Complete a Customer Service Request (CSR), including the information you want to appear on the screen.
