Displaying Your Name on LCD Phone Screens
Summary:
This feature identifies you or your department on a digital phone LCD (liquid crystal display) screen when you make calls to campus phones.
What to do
How to do it
1
Check to see if this is a possible option.
Read about your
phone model
to see if it supports the feature. If your phone is shown as a digital model, you can add the display.
Find out what the
cost
will be.

Consider what you want to appear on the screen.
Decide if you want your name or your department's name to appear.
Note:
You can use a maximum of 20 characters, including punctuation, dashes, and spaces.
3
Submit a request to Telecom.
Complete a
Customer Service Request
(CSR), including the information you want to appear on the screen.
