Summary: Learn how to reduce or eliminate ergonomic risks at work.


Musculoskeletal disorders, or MSD, account for one-third of all occupational injuries and illnesses each year. Most of these injuries are preventable!

Understanding basic ergonomic principles is essential for your comfort, safety, and productivity no matter what kind of work you do.

  • Be aware of your job's ergonomic risk factors
  • Learn about work practices and equipment that can help alleviate discomfort and reduce your risk of injury
